Pricing
We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payments
Payment is required in full before an order is processed or shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Return or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval of one return or refund does not establish a precedent for future requests.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. Returns or refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Other exceptional circumstances determined by our customer service team
Approved returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. We may request photographs of the packaging and contents to assist with the claim.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, colors, sizes, and appearances may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, manufacturing differences, or photography.
